Are you a campsite?

No sorry, we are not a campsite. You can book and pay for your site and we will setup. Even better, your own backyard, or family property to make your Luxe event fabulous!

Keep in mind,  it can take several hours to setup.

What if it rains?

Don’t worry, we dislike the rain too. We will make a call 24 hours before we are due to arrive. We will set up if there is light rain but unfortunately if it gets to extreme we will ask you to re-book or provide a full refund.

Payment and Bond?

Here at Luxe Tent we require a non refundable 50% deposit upon booking to confirm your stay and remainder is due no later than 7 days before your glamping/event date.

We also take a $100 bond which you will get back when we pick up the tent and the gear is in its original condition.

Covid 19 - Deposits will be refunded if cancellations are due to Covid 19 restrictions.

GUEST CHECK-IN: 3:00pm

GUEST CHECK-OUT: 10 am

Do you do slumber parties for children ?

No sorry, we only do bookings for 18+
